The Program for the construction of municipal housing estates (Pccm) in the Adamaoua, North and Far North Regions is attracting the attention of Philippe Camille Akoa.After his tour in the South, on August 6, 2021, Philippe Camille Akoa, Director General of the Special Fund for Equipment and Inter-Municipal Intervention, set sail for the Northern Region. These projects are carried out within the framework of the municipal housing construction program (Pccm) in collaboration with the land credit of Cameroon whose objectives are to create attractive neighborhoods within the municipalities, where life is good through quality housing. The Pccm is part of the operationalization of the National Development Strategy 2020-2030, which calls for a substantial increase in the public housing supply in line with the deficit estimated at over one million units. It is also a question of promoting partnership in the construction of said housing.
