CEMAC : New Manager at the Head of Fedhen Capital

The stock exchange company Fedhen Capital, approved in March 2023, has appointed Eugène Cissé Kouoh as new Managing Director of the company. The announcement was made public in a press release recently published by the company.

As former CEO of ASCA Asset Management and President of the Association of Central African Portfolio Management Companies (ASGPAC), where he has served for ten years, Eugène Cissé has a solid experience in finance also acquired within the Trading Floors of Standard Chartered Bank in Cameroon, Ivory Coast and Nigeria, where he held various responsibilities.

His career is marked by significant achievements, in particular the management of the Pension Fund of the Bank of Central African States (Beac) whose total assets are estimated at more than 300 million US dollars. He also played an essential role in the deployment of the distribution of mutual funds in the Attijariwafa banking network in the CEMAC zone.

Member of the Association of International Currency Traders, the experience of Eugène Cissé Kouoh allows Fedhen Capital to deploy on the CEMAC financial market. “With Eugène Cissé as CEO at the helm, FedhEn Capital aims to revolutionize the financial landscape of Africa,” says the company in its press release.

“The company will focus on capital markets operations, consulting, structured finance, as well as sector analysis and research”. Its board of directors, there are well-known faces of the financial market, including its president Jean Claude NGBWA. He is the former CEO of the BVMAC, former President of the Central African Financial Markets Commission (CMF), and former Secretary General of the Inter-African Conference of Insurance Markets (Cima).
