NDIAN DIVISION : Mintp to Transfer 425,000,000 M FCFA to Councils

[abelainfo] - The Ministry of Public Works (Mintp) is set to allocate an envelope of 425,000,000 million FCFA to the Ndian Division in Cameroon. The funds, sourced from the Public Investment Budget (BIP), will be distributed among several councils within the division for various road projects.

(abelainfo) – Ndian Division is poised to benefit from the allocation of 425,000,000 million FCFA, which will be distributed as follows : Mundemba Council : 65,000,000 million FCFA has been allocated for the rehabilitation of the municipal road leading to the court area. Bamuso Council : 65,000,000 million FCFA has been allocated for the construction of a road connecting to a junction roundabout.

Ekondo-Titi Council : 65,000,000 million FCFA has been allocated for the conversion of the road leading to the Baptist church. Kombo-Itindi Council : 65,000,000 million FCFA has been allocated for the construction of a suspended concert sidewalk. Idabato II Council : 100,000,000 million FCFA has been allocated for the construction of a 350-meter concert sidewalk. Toko Council : 65,000,000 million FCFA has been allocated for the construction of a bridge along the Ekombake-Babiabanga-Bombangj stretch of road.

The Ministry of Public Works recognizes the importance of a well-developed road infrastructure for fostering economic growth, enhancing connectivity, and improving the overall quality of life. These allocated funds will enable the respective councils to initiate and complete the designated road projects, thereby improving transportation within the Ndian Division.

The rehabilitation of the municipal road in Mundemba, construction of connecting roads in Bamuso and Ekondo-Titi, and the installation of sidewalks in Kombo-Itindi and IDABATO II will enhance accessibility and safety for residents and visitors. Additionally, the construction of a bridge in Toko will contribute to improved connectivity and facilitate smoother transportation along the Ekombake-Babiabanga-Bombangj road.

Through these investments, Mintp aims to drive local economic development, improve mobility, and enhance the overall well-being of communities in Ndian Division.
